Kids 4 Truth 2020-21

Kids 4 Truth meets on Wednesday evenings from 6:00-7:15pm, starting on September 30, 2020. A typical evening involves music, games, a large group Bible lesson, and small group time to further explore the week's topic and memory verse. Children take home assignments to help reinforce what was learned and prepare for the following week.

Kids 4 Truth is for children in Kindergarten thru 5th Grade.

Medical Release and Agreements

As a parent/guardian, I do herewith authorize the treatment by a qualified and licensed medical professional of the above named participant in the event of a medical emergency, which, in the opinion of the attending professional may endanger the participant's life, cause disfigurement, physical impairment, or undue discomfort if delayed. This authority is granted only after a reasonable effort has been made to reach a parent/guardian. This release will be in effect from September 30, 2020 to May 31, 2021. My (digital) signature indicates my willingness to take full financial/medical insurance responsibilities for this participant (or for myself, if an accompanying adult) and to release Kids4Truth, its leaders, and First Baptist Church from this liability.
